Great location near Lydgate Park with a cool playground, awesome beaches to the south, and the airport along with big stores in Lihue close by. Ate at the restaurant by the poolside. 🏝️

It isn't too far from the Lihue town. Personell were friendly.

I didn't like it that I wasn't notified of the mud water would come out of the shower because of the work on the water pipes done earlier in the day, and they actually should have run the water before I checked into the room. The dvd player wasn't working, the soda machine wasn't working and didn't have water in it to begin with, the computer was down so I had to use the atm machine to get cash to pay for dinner, and was charged $3 to use the machine. I was awaken 10 minutes earlier than I had requested, There was no rubbish can in the bathroom.

Quiet place with superfriendly staff at every level. Fancy & stylish room, with climate control, a chair and a couch. Marvellous and lovely location at walking distance from a protected beach. Based in a nice area. The restaurant was pleasant, for breakfast.

Modest hotel with very nice, helpful, and amazingly attentive staff at every level. Nicely decorated, fashionable rooms with quiet AC. Comfy beds in an amazing setting.

It was old and outdated with popcorn ceilings. My bed had a sag in the mattress. I would give it a 5 out of 10. I used your rating and it was very disappointing.

Rooms are nicely decorated and have everything you need, the staff knows their stuff and is super helpful. Breakfast here won't break the bank and the food is top-notch! 🍳

Great central location Quiet location, barely any other guests around jacuzzi and pool facilities beautiful, clean, and always empty when I wanted to use them Hotel staff very accommodating and quick to respond Amazing Value for the money. Stately grounds with an understated Polynesian decor - so much better than many other hotels we saw around the island during our stay which had a high cheesy factor. Such as Kalapaki beach hotels - ugh, or other hotels in Kapa'A. Even some of the hotels in Poipu looked expensive but not nice at all, too many people and too many tourists! I would recommend this one to all of my friends and would come back when I plan to come back next year.

Ac was cranked on high when we arrived - seems like a colossal waste of energy as it was not hot at all outside...we stayed the whole time with the window open all the way. (The staff came and disable the ac when we asked them to). I hope that the cost of that energy that we didn't use wasn't something we paid for as part of our nightly amount but I'm sure it was. Seems like it would be cool to have meters for the amt of energy each room uses and charge accordingly so the energy hogs get to pay more and those who conserve don't pay for the energy hog's use of electricity.

The affordable breakfast with a selection of oatmeal, bacon, and yogurt was satisfying, and the stunning location within a 20-minute walk of On the Beach was perfect for our stay.

The location was not where expected. Advertised as KaPaa, but seemed to be in Lihue. Room window was filthy making it hard to enjoy the ocean view. This hotel is in need of updating.

Comfortable room, accommodating staff, convenient beach access, and unexpected extended use of facilities. Early check-in and luggage storage were provided.

The rooms were great and the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was convenient to walk to Smith's Tropical Paradise in just 10 minutes.
